  • Overview and Responsibilities

    Are you passionate about the entertainment industry and a go-getter? The Co-Head of AwesomenessTV is seeking an Executive Assistant. AwesomenessTV is a digital-first entertainment brand for Gen Z, giving teens the stories they crave today while breaking the hottest up-and-coming talent of tomorrow. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Create meeting notes/recaps and distribute to appropriate attendees
    • Prepare information and materials for meetings
    • Work in Outlook to maintain calendar and contacts and to schedule internal and external meetings
    • Prepare and submit Travel and Expense reports
    • Oversee and schedule all business related travel
    • Answer, screen and direct phone calls
    • You will maintain contact lists for internal and external partners needs
    • Assist with budgets including invoice processing, tracking and reconciliation
    • You will interact with senior executives, providing information and assistance as needed
    • Establish and maintain relationships with various departments

    Basic Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of administrative experience (internships accepted)
    • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills

    Additional Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Real passion for the entertainment industry
    • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • You have excellent multi-tasking skills and able to prioritize
    • Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
    • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
