  • Overview and Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for coordinating and executing daily operations for Senior Vice President, Motion Picture Music & Marketing, which are vital to the Department's general workflow. 


    Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:


    * Assist SVP, handling general administrative duties (phones, scheduling & calendar entries, travel & expenses, etc.) 

    * Work closely with SVP in all creative efforts including content creation, creative direction, securing legal filmmaker & studio approvals while ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner

    * Organizing and cataloguing incoming and outgoing music materials for Feature Productions & Marketing Campaigns 

    * Ensure music deliverables are completed and routed to all necessary parties (Filmmakers, Production, Post-Production, Creative Advertising, etc.) 

    * Participate in creative music searches and general market research 

    * Coordinate incoming invoices & payments 

    * Run periodic reports as directed

    * Handle all score, soundtrack and single artwork

    Basic Qualifications

    * BA/BS degree

    Additional Qualifications

    * MS Word, Excel, Outlook
    * Excellent multitasking and follow through

    * Exceptional phone etiquette

    * Exceptional organizational skills

    * Strong verbal & writing skills

    * Knowledge of Film development, production, and marketing process

    * Demonstrated interest in music and latest music trends
