  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Brand Marketing team for Comedy Central, Paramount Network and TV Land is responsible for developing the strategy and marketing campaigns across all off-channel media including TV, digital, social, print, radio and out of home. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for requests, execution and trafficking of all creative assets across multiple platforms.     Basic Qualifications

    • You will create formal asset requests for on-air and off-air departments, inclusive of all relevant details
    • You will project manage campaign creative, working with our cross-functional team in order to meet all deadlines under proper specifications
    • You will maintain and update key marketing materials including positioning documents, one-sheets, timelines, launch plans, etc.
    • You will monitor launch activity, elevate issues and discrepancies, and work with agencies to optimize
    • You will participate in all media briefing sessions and weekly status meetings; responsible for meeting notes and distribution
    • You will manage a library of materials in the department share drive including: media authorizations, agency presentations, flow charts, media kits and opportunities decks, ratings analyses, press releases, and competitive data
    • You will assist in managing vendor relations, including creative vendors; coordinate meetings with partners
    • You will track departmental budget, submit invoices, manage payments with agencies

    Additional Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or advertising
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, at a media agency, or in TV/Entertainment (strong internships considered)
    • Interest in and real passion for entertainment & media
    • Organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
    • Strong research and analytical skills; creative problem solver
    • Strong social skills, outstanding written and oral communications skills
    • Enthusiastic self-starter and great teammate
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Photoshop skills a plus
