    Overview and Responsibilities

    The Coordinator of Multicultural Marketing reports to the VP of Multicultural Marketing & Brand Strategy and provides support to the rest of the team.

    • Administrative duties will include: Answering phones and managing the calendar for the VP of Multicultural Marketing
    • Handles all vendor PO’s
    • Do you enjoy reading and breaking down film scripts? Then this is a very exciting role for you!
    • Participates and leads team brainstorms
    • Creates sand updates presentations and assets across all titles for internal and external partners
    • Coordinates calendar of cultural events around the country
    • Tracks and reports budget spending to VP of Multicultural
    • Researches competitive campaigns and provides analysis on key findings
    • Organizes and files all creative materials
    • Tracks and monitors all finishing deadlines
    • Manages campaign timeline
    • Handles screenings

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree, required
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop
    • Passion for mulitcultural marketing

    Additional Qualifications

    • Ability to work in a very dynamic environment
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Discretion when working with sensitive materials/information
