Overview and Responsibilities

Nickelodeon is looking for mobile marketer to lead audience development efforts for their brand apps. Candidate must be well versed in the mobile marketing and the media products space (mobile apps, streaming media services, subscription-based services). Helpful if the applicant has experience with kids-focused content or has had experience executing direct response campaigns at an enterprise media organization.



  • Responsible for developing organic and paid strategies that drive user acquisition and support audience retention
  • Responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive business KPIs across digital platforms
  • Works effectively with marketing partners, creative agencies, and vendors to develop strategies and plans to acquire customers
  • Market Intelligence – Be the data-driven and data-informed expert on digital and mobile acquisition channels. Know when, why, and how to buy efficiently.
  • Utilizes research and tests new tactics in an increasingly mobile and constantly “connected” landscap

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing user acquisition campaigns for a high volume consumer-facing mobile business
  • Hands-on experience in the development of product marketing plans, detailed specifications, project plans, status reports, and budgets
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, mobile attribution measurement tools
  • Understands the value and impacts of attribution data and communicates the value to the business stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team
