This management role will oversee all activities for the development of creative content for Comedy Central’s social channels. This includes (but is not limited to) Comedy Central’s brand presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr etc.
You will be responsible for evolving the original social content for the brand and lead a team of 6+ content creators. Working in partnership with the Strategy team, you will help to innovate content that is created specifically for social platforms. You will inspire teams to create funny, engaging content, both topical and evergreen/repeatable formats. You’ll also help craft and uphold Comedy Central’s social tone of voice, ensuring that content always feels on-brand.
Help creatives develop social-first ideas – not allowing creatives to give up, or for half-baked ideas to be published. You’ll guide writers, designers and video producers on a daily basis to flesh out social executions worthy of being published.
