Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Corporate Development. 

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the office of the Head of Corporate Development
  • Manage calendar, T&E, and phones
  • Communicate with various EA’s to arrange meetings and share information as needed
  • Help to organize meetings, meeting agenda’s and meeting materials as directed by Head of Corporate Development
  • Help to do research around specific projects as directed by Head of Corporate Development
  • Help various team executives with administrative needs (travel, schedules, T&E, etc.)
  • Focus on problem solving, process and efficiency for the Head of Corporate Development 

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 Years of Executive Assistant experience, supporting a senior executive
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem solver and time manager

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be resourceful and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities
  • Team player
  • Motivated and inspired
