Work with the Global Consumer Products Operations team to support system user set up and Product Development needs/functions. Produce steady state system support, Issue identification and resolution, and project management activities for new functions will be key elements of this position.
- Support the growth of NickCentral, our best in class asset management tool by interacting with front end users and being able to provide on-site or online support when issue arise
- Identify and help implement ways to streamline the product development process and make connections between asset and product information
- Learn and follow project management best practices to create clear schedules, documentation, and specifications.
- Monitor Help Desk Ticketing System (Zendesk) and support existing systems by creating logins, adjusting system access, and managing users.
- Assist Training Managers and Inventory Operations by identifying process improvement opportunities, monitoring data quality, and building relationships with client base.
