Overview and Responsibilities

Work with the Global Consumer Products Operations team to support system user set up and Product Development needs/functions.   Produce steady state system support, Issue identification and resolution, and project management activities for new functions will be key elements of this position. 




  • Support the growth of NickCentral, our best in class asset management tool by interacting with front end users and being able to provide on-site or online support when issue arise
  • Identify and help implement ways to streamline the product development process and make connections between asset and product information
  • Learn and follow project management best practices to create clear schedules, documentation, and specifications.
  • Monitor Help Desk Ticketing System (Zendesk) and support existing systems by creating logins, adjusting system access, and managing users.
  • Assist Training Managers and Inventory Operations by identifying process improvement opportunities, monitoring data quality, and building relationships with client base.
  • Deliver ad-hoc training for system processes

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in an administrative or technical support role
  • BS or equivalent preferred, job or armed forces experience
  • Strong technical skills in a database/systems environment

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer products or creative processes
  • Ability to create clear schedules, task lists, and documentation from meeting minutes
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience creating work products with these tools
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail is require
  • Experience working in a project oriented atmosphere or knowledge of project management methodology
