The manager will be New York based and will be responsible for assisting department Senior Directors in the ideation, sell through and execution of linear/digital integrated marketing campaigns for VH1 and Logo networks. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and hardworking individual with excellent power point skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced environment.
Actively participates in marketing and brainstorming sessions, acting as main liaison between network counterparts and pitch/sales teams
Liaises with show production, series development and .com on a consistent basis to obtain accurate programming details and assist in preparation, development of pitch/sales materials and vetting of show specific marketing opportunities
Works directly with a variety of internal departments to ensure smooth facilitation of marketing programs. Departments include but are not limited to: Creative, Production, Digital, Social, Programming, Marketing, Press and more
Acts as primary contact for clients and sales during execution process, delivering clear and concise documents and leading kick-off calls and status updates
Organizes and maintains all client facing execution process documents including activation playbooks, timelines, deliverables and more
Works closely with pitch and sales counterparts in development and communications of wrap-up reports, case studies, sizzle reels and research as necessary
Oversees day-to-day workload of coordinators while providing feedback and coaching
