  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Coordinator will work with the Global Rights Analysis Department to coordinate all administrative activities related to all domestic and international agreements and rights including, but not limited maintenance of trackers and reports.  This role will be based in Franklin, TN.  Reports to the Director.

    • Maintain the Tracker and distribute the agreements sent to the Domestic Rights Analysis Department Mail Boxes
    • Review and compare documents in Rights Analysis Department email boxes, deliver documents to Analysts, compare with the eDocs Report and provide discrepancies to manager
    • Coordinate with all brand representatives for the Domestic Rights Analysis Department Greenlight Reports (including confirming that the Rights Analysts have implemented any applicable changes into the Rights Management System)
    • Track and confirm updates for all the Music and Media Licensing Channels’ Trackers in coordination with the Domestic Music and Media Licensing 
    • Maintain the Music and Media Licensing Examples Report
    • Maintain updates to the In-Scope/Out-of-Scope report when there are changes
    • Track and include as applicable all new language and system entry rules on the Examples Report
    • Maintain the Domestic Acquisitions Tracker
    • Maintain the Tracker and distribute the agreements sent to International Rights Analysis Department Mailbox
    • Coordinate with all Viacom International Media Networks brand representatives across the clusters for the International Rights Analysis Department Greenlight Reports (including confirming that the Rights Analysts have implemented any applicable changes into the Rights Management System)
    • Track and confirm updates for all the Music and Media Licensing Channels’ Trackers in coordination with the International Music and Media Licensing
    • Maintain updates to in Scope/Out-of-Scope Document for Viacom International Music Network where there are changes
    • Review and compare documents in International Rights Analysis Department email boxes and deliver documents to Rights Analysts, compare with the International Rights Analysis Department eDocs Report and provide discrepancies to manager

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.   
    • Minimum of two years Administrative, Contract Management or Paralegal experience.

    Additional Qualifications

    • Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to deal effectively with different cultures, handle conflict and be effective in a team environment
