  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Sr. Reporting Analyst – Sourcing Support will be responsible for handling all aspects of updating and reporting against the Sourcing Savings Master file.  This position will report to the SVP, Global Business Service Operations.


    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Working with the tower leads and tower analysts to update the savings master file
    • Preparing the bi-weekly savings package  for discussion with the SVP of FinOps, Chief Sourcing Officer and Sourcing Tower leads
    • Creating and publishing compliance and savings reports out of Ariba
    • Preparing various KPI reports (e.g., T&E compliance, black car compliance, contingent labor utilization)
    • Redesigning the Sourcing Master file created by Alix Partners to combine cost reduction and cost avoidance savings
    • On-going conversations with the tower leads and tower analysts for the purpose of updating the Sourcing Master File
    • Creating various compliance and savings reports in Ariba
    • Designing and/or publishing sourcing-related KPIs (T&E compliance, Black Car Compliance, Contingent Labor, etc.)
    • Publishing a bi-weekly sourcing savings reporting package of approximately 50 pages that contains the following key information
    • Savings by sourcing tower
    • Savings by individual initiative
    • Changes vs. the prior week
    • Progress update on on-going projects
    • Savings by operating group benefitting from the savings
    • Coordinating with functional finance leads and tower leads to update financial forecasts and the annual budget with savings estimates
    • Preparing ad-hoc analysis of sourcing savings

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, business or computer sciences
    • 3-5 years of analytical experience
