  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Sales Planner is primarily responsible for developing sales plans that meet both the client’s and network’s needs.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Prepare and revise Upfront and Scatter plans that maximize the use of inventory while fulfilling the agency/client requirements.
    • Liaise with Sales and Pricing and Planning to ensure accuracy of plans 
    • Assist management in a variety of ad hoc reports to analyze pricing data

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Minimum of 1 year related experience in media sales or buying
    • Strong knowledge of Media Math

    Additional Qualifications

    • Proven ability to think strategically
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with various departments
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and ad sales systems
    • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and supervisory skills
    • Must have a strong grasp of media math
